Sad yet hopeful is what this album sounds like. Every sadness album sounds like that honestly. Like things might be shit right now but they can always get better if youโre willing to let them. Sadness has a way of making music thatโs mega depressing but doesnโt add to your depression it seems to acknowledge it and reminds you of the things that make your life worth living. This album specifically does this perfectly and is probably my favorite sadness release. please let it get physical release

A punky shoegaze experience from both sides of the split. There is a lot of energy here that superficially feels joyful, however after several listens an underlying melancholy is appreciated. A unique and emotional presentation. 7/10

Beaucoup d'รฉlรฉments incroyables dans ce I, mais ce sont deux aspects qui m'ont le plus marquรฉ. La premiรจre, c'est la qualitรฉ sonore nette et assez lourde qui se rapproche presque de ce qu'on pourrait entendre dans du funeral doom ("in my dream" exceptรฉ, mais รงa fait sens). La deuxiรจme, c'est le chant puisque Damiรกn est accompagnรฉ par Chloe Smith, et ce qu'elle fait... comment รงa peut รชtre aussi puissant ?? Ce qui m'amรจne ร cette question : y a-t-il quelque chose que Damiรกn ne sait *pas* faire ?!
